Flux Pavilion feat. Example - Daydreamer

T|his is probably the near future of all popular music, nether dubstep nor electro some where in the middle of everything you know. Flux Pavillion is the co-founder of Circus Records, along with Doctor P and DJ Swan-E. He has been making consistently good heavy dub step tracks with the likes of Normalize, with big basslines and a bag full of whomps.

Example decided that he would go down the dubstep route when he saw the fast rise in popularity in such a short space of time, which for him was a smart move. Now he is the post boy for anything that the major labels perceive as DnB or dubstep in mainstream music and the people who buy singles just lap it up. He is pretty much everywhere now, TV panel shows, posters, adverts, everything major festival going and is  actually on T4 so much I thought he was a presenter.

I may sound like I don't like example, I do however, I just have been overwhelming disappointed with his new music and the direction he decided to take as I was a fan of him when he was just a rapper, he was something quirky and different on the London hip-hop scene that needed to be celebrated, instead he followed what would make him more money and imitate others rather than try and bring the masses to him. This tune is a lot better and it will help Flux pavillion get exposure he deserves but will no way make up for how Example turned away from his roots and real calling. After the jump you can see his early and in my opinion, his best work.
